As an American psychiatrist and Mexican psychiatrist I wondered how and why Trump was elected. It was so obvious that he was dangerous to humans. Of course, violence at the capitol will change many things. At the same time, we are seeing problems coming after five years of normalizing Trump´s behavior.

The brain food we give to our athletes daily in the form of words produces the champions. Trump fed the brain of these borderland individuals with words of hate and violence for five years and we saw the consequences. Our Mexican president is feeding the brain of the Mexican people and we will see the results in the year 2024, the future does not look bright.
